Hey Reader,

I used to be a teacher. Like a real public school working 7am to 7pm (seriously) teacher.

I recently renewed my teaching certificate because it will be impossible to renew it if my business fails and I have to fall back on teaching, but you know what? You couldn't pay me to go back to the classroom.

Being a teacher was like being in a toxic, one-sided relationship. It was all give, give, give with nothing in return and the emotional abuse I endured was insane.

Seriously. It has taken me 3 years to be able to accept a compliment from a client because of the emotional abuse. I was a damn good teacher, too, but teaching has this mindset where you're never good enough and you can always do better and such. It's a nightmare and it really put me in a bad place mentally. A place I never want to go back to.

And I want you to know, Reader that I'm here for you. I'm here for you if you're going through something similar. I'm here for you if you want to make changes. I'm here for you if you need a listening ear. I want to be here for you.
