I'm healing nicely from surgery and have been doing a COMPLETE overhaul of my client onboarding. I realized it was lacking and I've worked very hard to get it up to speed. I can't wait for the next client who comes on and gets to see it all, finally, in action!
I've also been testing my digital product creation skills and working on the launch of my education brand, Unearthed Learning Roots. While it's another brand, it is under the same LLC. I've made a goal of 1 new product a week and it has been a challenge!

I'm not a big fan of AI and when you do use it, I think it should be sparingly and intentionally. In my opinion, anything you're using AI for should make a pretty big difference.
You may or may not know that I have ADHD. Even with medication and lifestyle modifications, it's often very difficult for me to control. As I've gotten older, it's gotten worse.
As someone running a business, other people's businesses, and a whole household over here, it's kind of a big deal when I forget things. Luckily, I've taken a lot of time to learn how my ADHD affects me and where I need support.
One huge thing I have realized I struggle with is listening. I do my very best to listen, but if I'm not taking notes (which looks rude) or actively doing something related to the listening while listening, I forget everything. And even if I take notes I sometimes forget things.
Call recordings and transcripts were great, but the thing that's made the biggest difference for me has been AI notetakers.
ClickUp has a great one. I did see recently that Zoom has one now, too. However, the one I've found that works regardless of the platform you are using is Granola*.
Granola* takes notes for you in the background while you are in the call. I still take notes because it helps me focus and listen actively, but I LOVE having this as a backup just in case I've forgotten anything.
