WHAT DO YOU REALLY GET WITH A VA?
Most would argue that time is a business owner’s most valuable asset.
I disagree.
Your most valuable asset is your brain space–your capacity to think, create, and grow in a way that helps people and imparts your passion.
The REAL advantage of virtual assistant support is giving you a lighter mental load by reducing decision fatigue, the stress of task-switching, and clearing mental clutter so you have more brain space for what matters most.
This is me and you. ChatGPT isn't perfect and couldn't get your face and body right. Or mine. But that's okay because Penelope looks cute af.
You need a partner rooted in strategy and action. When you work with me, I have a process for making sure we see movement on your goals.
Sure, I'll do a variety of tasks, but our main goal and focus will be discussed during our onboarding call. This will be the one thing you want done no matter what in the next 90 days.
One goal means realistic outcomes. If we finish early, can we add more? Heck yeah!
I have a process for auditing all you've got and planning out how we're going to make progress on that goal.
Not only will I walk you through the planning process, I'll lead the next steps, implementation, and making sure everyone is doing their part.
We'll have weekly meetings to give updates, talk through issues that arise, and discuss how we'll continue to make momentum.
I'm not a backseat role. I'm your copilot who helps guide your business and takes massive action to ensure your mission is a massive success.

It's 2025 and some people are still scheduling back and forth via email.
Why?
It's inefficient, confusing, and causes unnecessary problems.
If you're looking for a new scheduler, here are a few I recommend:
TidyCal-not the prettiest, but cheap and gets the job done
Calendly-most well known, easy to set up and use, free for one link and calendar
Acuity-very nice, but pricey--I recommend this one for teams
Notable Mention:
Google-I'm not super familiar with this one yet. My concern is, can I connect multiple calendars? But I know a lot of people are recommending it because it comes with their Google Workspace.

MOTIVATION TIP
Reminder You Are Enough GIF by Spini
I have an intense love for Post-It Notes.
One of my favorite uses is putting little motivational posters on my computer using sticky notes to remind myself I'm amazing and why I do what I do.
Take 20 minutes this week and find a quote you love. Write it on a sticky note and put it somewhere you will see it daily to remind yourself that you can do this and you are amazing!
DELEGATION INSPIRATION
GIVING QUALITY FEEDBACK
Speak Up Lets Talk GIF by eva pils
Giving feedback is hard. Whether it's positive or negative, it's hard.
Part of it is knowing what to say, part of it is saying it how you want, and part of it is making sure it's constructive.
Here are my tips for giving feedback to the people you hire:
Give feedback often. It's less awkward to bring up something not working if you are giving positive feedback on a regular basis.
Give feedback in a calm state. I often see business owners who are upset about something and in that moment express that they are upset and it comes off as hostile instead of constructive. Most issues can be fixed and if you are wanting to maintain a positive relationship, you have to give feedback in the right tone.
Address issues when they come up. Do not wait to see if something happens again or until it's happened multiple times. This will leave you more frustrated and be more likely that you come off as hostile. Plus, the person working with you cannot know what you do not like if you do not tell them.
Be willing to help provide solutions to the problem. If someone is not doing something correctly or in a way that you like, how are you going to help them do that? Relationships with people we work with are two-sided and it's not completely on them to figure out how to produce the work that you want.
I'm working on a new offer...Delegation Coaching. Delegating and trusting someone is hard and I'll coach you through how to make your relationship with your contractors more collaborative and beneficial for all involved.
TIME FOR WHAT YOU LOVE
WHO'S YOUR INSPIRATION?
This week, I encourage you to think about who or what inspires you.
What gives you motivation? What keeps you going?
For me...it's my kids.
My kids are so kind and wonderful and they inspire me to keep putting that out into the world.

ENRIQUE'S JOURNEY
Immigration is a touchy subject around the world.
I am a former English as a second language teacher. The majority of my students were immigrants. Most of them came to the United States by plane, but I did know a few who had very scary and sad stories.
I feel strongly about the ethical and humane treatment of all peoples regardless of race, political status, immigration status, disability, anything.
I cannot begin to understand what people go through to enter the United States. This book was my first look into what some people may go through to get here and why they risk it all to do so.
THIS IS A HARD READ. BE SURE YOU CAN HANDLE IT MENTALLY BEFORE READING.
If you are willing to allow yourself to see different sides of stories, I recommend you read this book.
And this is just one experience, there are many more like this.
Thank you to everyone who reached out to me when I shared about my dad. I really appreciate it. It's difficult when you have toxic family that you love and lost. While I understand him and sympathize with what he experienced in life, I not only grieve him every year, but also the relationship I always wanted with him and never really got.
The best healing has been giving my children a father who is not afraid to be a father, not afraid to have fun, and not afraid to be their everything. My children are so incredibly lucky to have him.
I'll put your free or paid offer in my weekly email newsletter for only $27. Together we will pick the perfect day to send your offer to my list. Current open rates are 41% and click rates are 1.8%.
