Hey Reader,

I know you read the subject line, and I am briefly going to mention ai, but I'm not going to dwell on it.

I just wanted to share with you that this year has been rough. So rough.

I won't go into a lot of details with you here, but I have taken SEVERAL months off my business and only focused on client work.

I'm sure you noticed if you've been here a while.

I got so desperate to get started again, I started to use AI to write my content. I didn't even bother changing what it said or really even reading it.

Frankly, I almost did that again today to write this email.

And then I remembered, I hate AI. You may hate AI. AI is not me.

So instead, I decided to be vulnerable with you.

Life is hard. Things slow down. You can't always be perfect or on top of it all.

And you know what? That's okay!

It's not even that I didn't have time to work on growing my business, it's that I didn't have the energy or creativity. I was drained.

But I'm feeling so much better.

And another thing, Reader, you and this list have changed so much since I first started my business. I don't even know what half of you do anymore so I don't know how to tailor my emails for what you need or what your looking for.
