Hey Reader,

The other day I found my self in the doctor's office. I'd had an allergic reaction to who knows what and I needed to be seen to help me figure out what was going on.

I was there for 2 whole hours...

Instead of wasting the kid-free time on my phone scrolling Facebook and playing games, I decided to create and plan some content.

I've recently started using Notion to plan my content and organize my business. So far I am loving it! So when they told me it was going to be a wait, I downloaded Notion on my phone and started thinking about all kinds of videos and blogs I could create.

I made a story about it, and planned out this email.

I even thought of a story to share with you in this email. You see, I ended up having to get a shot. I am absolutely terrified of needles. Like I'm a grown woman who acts like a child over shots.

But see the thing it, we work ourselves up over things and then after it happens, it hurts for a minute and it's over.

Same thing happens in our business. The working ourself up over doing something actually takes longer and is worse than just doing.

So for today, I want to encourage you to do 2 things

Just do the thing you need to do today. The buildup is worse than actually doing it.
Use any free time you've got or downtime to plan out your content and think up things you can do for your business. It will save you time in the long run and your future self will thank you!

P.S. I've created an awesome email welcome sequence for you. I am working to get it all set up. Of course I had the welcome sequence done last week, but I've got to do the sales page and figure out how to sell it! Ah- so much work.
