This week, I'm updating my own systems. I just off-boarded a client and I'm working on onboarding a new one, so I thought it would be the perfect time to snazz up my systems and make things flow a little better.
The things is Reader, if you're paying attention to your processes, you'll notice things here and there that could stand to be improved. It happens to all of us, even the biggest of the biggest in business.
And that's okay. It's okay to tweak things as we go and make improvements. It's what keeps us on our toes and makes us great.
