I don't know about you, but every single day I'm hearing from at least 5 people in the online space about how to run my business just like them to get the exact same results they did.
The thing is, Reader, you're not them. Even if you do EVERYTHING right, it's highly unlikely you'll have the exact same results.

If you're reading this, I did not get any copy or information from the summit host in time to fix this email and I forgot to come back and change it because I'm doing a whole system overhaul for my business to make things better for my team and clients.
Whether we (or me, it's mostly me) like it or not, AI is here to stay. Luckily, it just keeps getting better. From my personal experience, project management is an area of weakness for many business owners. Many cannot see the details from the big picture and many also struggle with having reasonable timelines among other things. Leveraging AI to help in project planning and project management is a great way to use technology to keep your business a well-oiled machine.
Here are just a few areas of project management that you can automate:
Project Planning- Tell AI what you want to do, what your timeline is, what the deliverables are, etc and it will give you a mapped out project goal. You can even run it back through the same AI or a different AI and ask it to anticipate any issues and guide it to ask questions to help you fill in any gaps.
Automate Tasks- Many tasks are repetitive. For example, every Tuesday I pay my contractors. So every Tuesday at 10am, ClickUp reminds me to pay them. You can do this for a number of tasks.
Analyze Data- Not only can AI predict any data that you feed it, it can also provide you with predictive analytics. This is pretty cool because it can show you models of what you could expect given different variables.
Just please remember, AI is a tool and not an expert. AI can make mistakes. Everything will need to be checked for accuracy and reliability. And please be sure to use AI ethically and responsibly.
